Moore Superior Loc Libation is an amazing loc solution. This liquid formula was designed to loc hair with very little effort over a shorter period of time and maintain retouching. For best results use with other Moore Superior products. Directions: 1. Shampoo/ cleansing locs and towel bolt. * Locs must be wet (damp) & cleansed. 2. Drop solution throughout hair. Use in moderation because the formula is very potent. *if over used could cause residue after drying 3. It can be used alone but best results used with Moore Superior Smooth Foam FIRM Hold. Apply after loc libation. 4. Proceed with loc process. 5. When dry use Moore Superior Oil 6. Optional: Then lay lightly steamed towel on top for extra scalp treatment.
